  MIRACLE MORNING.




● When life is difficulty and challenging the present is always an opportunity for us to LEARNGROW and become BETTER than we have ever been before.

● When you CHANGE the way you wake up in the morning, you change your ENTIRE LIFE.

● If our levels of personal development in any given area are not at a level 10, then is always going to be a STRUGGLE.

● How you spend your FIRST HOUR, gonna decide how you gonna spend your WHOLE DAY.

● What can we do now to ensure that we don't end up struggling like the 95% majority will?

● If we don't commit to THINK and LIVE DIFFERENTLY then we will end up being in that 95%. 

● Be PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY fit.

● WE ARE NOT WHO WE WERE. Our past does not equal our future.

● There is NOTHING to FEAR because you cannot fail only LEARN, GROW and become BETTER than you have ever been.

● Always remember that where you are is a result of who you WERE, but where you go depends entirely on who you CHOOSE TO BE from this moment on.

● Live a life for PURPOSE.

● Don't do what is EASY but do what is RIGHT.

● DISCIPLINE creates LIFESTYLE.

● Everything that we DO effects who we are becoming.

● Who you are becoming is far more important than what you are DOING and yet it is what you are doing that is determining who you're becoming.

● We virtually become like the average of the FIVE PEOPLE we spend the most time with.

● Get atleast one partner for whatever you do. This helps to complete the task alot easily.

● Always seek people who will ADD VALUE to your life and bring out best in you.

● Our level of success will rarely exceed our level of personal development, because  success is something we attract by who we become.

● Invest our time each day into developing ourself to LEVEL 10.

● When we fail to make time for PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, we are forced to make time for PAIN and STRUGGLE.

● Do things which are IMPORTANT, not urgent.

● NOW matters more than any other time in your life, because it's what you are doing TODAY that is determining who YOU'RE BECOMING, and who you are becoming will always determine the QUALITY and DIRECTION of your life.

● Not tomorrow, not next week or month, YOU HAVE TO MAKE A DECISION TODAY.

● Choose to learn, grow and be just a little bit better EACH DAY than you have been in the past.

● If we won't change NOW our life won't change, if we don't get better our life won't get better and if we don't consistently invest time into our self improvement, our life will not improve.

● DO EVERYTHING THAT YOU WANT TO DO IN LIFE because one of the saddest thing in life is to get to the end and look back in regret knowing that you could have been done and so much more.

● You SNOOZE you LOOSE.

● There is no better day than TODAY.

● There is no magic number for how many hours one need to sleep. It depends on individual.

● We need as much sleep as we BELIEVE THAT WE NEED. If you believe that 7hrs of sleep is not enough for you than it really doesn't.

● 95% of the people don't use what they learn from a book.


◆ 6 steps snooze proof wake up strategy ◆

i) Set your intention before bed: Your first thought in the morning is usually the last thought you had before you to sleep.

ii) Move your alarm clock across the room.

Iii) Turn the lights on immediately when you woke up.

iv) Brush

v) Drink a full glass of water.

vi) Exercise / take a cold shower.


● An extra ordinary life is all about DAILY,  continuous improvement in the area that matters most.

● We all know what we need to do we just don't consistently do what we know.

● By focusing time and effort each day on developing your P.I.E.S and consistently becoming a better version of yourself will inevitably improve your life.

i) PHYSICAL

--> body, health, energy.


ii) INTELLECTUAL

--> mind, intelligence, and thoughts.


Iii) EMOTIONAL

-->  emotions, feelings, and attitude.


iv) SPIRITUAL

--> intangible things like spirit, soul and the unseen higher power that oversees all.


● You should prioritize and dedicate time each day to your personal development.

● Remember when you change your INNER world - YOUR LIFE, then your OUTER world - LIFE SITUATION will improve in parallel.


S.A.V.E.R.S 

i) SILENCE

--> You can learn more in an hour of silence than you can in a year from books.

--> Be silent with a highly beneficial purpose in mind.

--> Do meditation on a regular basis.


ii) AFFIRMATIONS.

--> If you believe you CAN, you WILL

--> Constant repetation of an affirmation will lead to acceptance by the mind and result in changes of your THOUGHTS, BELIEVES, and BEHAVIOUR.


◆ steps to create affirmation ◆

a.) What you really want.

b.) Why you want.

c.) Whom you are committee to being to create it.

--> BEING (what you need to be) and DOING (what you need to be) are necessary for having what you want to have.

d.) What you are committed to doing to attain it.

--> If you're going to the gym 0 days a week for 0 minutes, going to 5 days a week for 20minutes is a big leap.


iii) VISUALIZATION

--> Create a CLEAR mental picture of what you want.

--> Nothing changes in your life without ACTION.


iv) EXERCISE.

--> If you don't make time for exercise, you will probably have to make time for ill-ness.


v) READING

 --> There is no limits to the knowledge you can hain through daily reading.

--> Don't just read a book one time, read it again and again.


iv) SCRIBING.(WRITTING)

--> Keep a journal om yourself.

--> We tend to focus on the gaps between where we are in life and where we want to be, between what we have accomplished and what we could have or want to accomplished.


● Eat healthy food. Don't focus on taste only but also focus on health, and energy getting from such foods.

● YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. Take care of your body so your body will take care of you.

● The moment you accept total responsibility for everything in your life is the moment you claim the power to change anything in your life.

● Motivation is what gets you started, habits is what keeps you going.

● If you don't control your habits, your habits will control you.

● You can change your future, by changing your present.

● Things do not change, WE change.

● Ask for feedbacks from people with diverse backgrounds. Each one will tell you
