3.Remember a person's name:Name is the sweetest and important word in any language for that person.

4.Be a good listener:Encourage them to talk about themselves.ask question that thay are interested to answer.

5.Talk in terms of the other person's interest

1.Avoid an argument:The only way to get the best of an argument is to avoid it.Don't argue with anyone instead show respect to them.

2.Never say You're wrong:"I may be wrong and frequently i am" use this type of phrases when you are trying to tell your opinion. Show respect for other person's opinion too.

3.if you're wrong, admit it quickly:if you are wrong then admit it sincerely.

4.Let the other person do a great deal of the talking:if you want to make friends listen to them.Don't talk about yourself first,people like to talk about themselves.

5.Try honestly to see things from the other person's point of view:see things from others point of view.Ask yourself why he or she want to do it?

6.Be sympathetic with other person's ideas and desires:3/4th of the people you will ever meet are hungry and thirsty for sympathy give it them and they will love you.

1.Begin with praise and honest appreciation:we all crave for appreciation and do almost everything to get it so appreciate them well.

2.Call attention to people's mistakes indirectly:If you want to tell a thing which is against their opinion then first appreciate them,praise them and then express yourself.

3.Ask questions instead of giving direct orders:No one like to take orders so instead give suggestion to them.

4.Let the other person save face:Don't criticize any in front of all.

5.praise each and every improvement:Praise them well on their slightest improvement instead of criticizing on their mistake.

6.Use encouragement:If someone has made a mistake then encourage them and try to solve a problem.
